These terms govern your use of the HabitRacer app for Android ("the app"), operated by Tech Pattarai. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using HabitRacer

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or access it in ways it isn't designed for.

Your content and data

The habits, history, and messages you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service — syncing your data, powering reminders, and generating Leo's coaching. See the privacy policy for details, and the account deletion page for how to remove everything.

Leo is a coach, not a professional

Leo's suggestions are generated automatically from your habit activity and are for motivation and general wellbeing only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

Subscriptions

• The closed-test build is free and lets you track up to 5 active habits.
• Pro purchasing is planned for after public launch. The current build has no prices, trials, checkout, subscriptions, renewals, or charges.
• If Pro purchasing launches, it will use Google Play Billing and its price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

No advertising

HabitRacer does not currently show third-party advertising.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep HabitRacer reliable, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms — if changes are material, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
